BOOST: Best Out of School Time

Knowledge is power and motivated children love to learn. Let us help you give your child a BOOST in learning!

BOOST– Best Out of School Time – offers an array of fantastic programs to children and teens.

BOOST serves more than 600 students in kindergarten through grade 5 before school (from 7:15 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.) and after school (3:10 p.m. - 5:50 p.m.), Monday through Friday. BOOST programs include homework assistance, recreation, arts and crafts, certified after school/ camp program curriculum, computer lab, field trips and more.

Our goal is to support the growth and development of each child by providing a safe, caring, adult-supervised before and after school environment and to build upon the physical, social, emotional and cognitive skills developed by our children in school. Families enrolled in this program may access the subsidy system to receive assistance in covering the fee.

BOOST is located within the following schools: Anderson, Clara Barton, Finletter, Forrest, George Washington, Holme, Lowell, Mayfair, Overbrook and Shaw.
