We are a non-profit social service agency that has been providing a broad scope of services to a diverse clientele throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania since 1922.  By relying on a wide network of individuals and agency supporters, our dedicated staff is able to provide families and children with services from a variety of local, state, federal and community resources.  Because of caring people like you, we are able to bring new opportunities and restore hope to numerous individuals in need throughout the greater Philadelphia region.
